Shipping and returns

• Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be additionally charged.
• We will ship your order upon the receiving payment.
• Return products must be returned undamaged within 14 days after receiving the order.
• Custom made items cannot be returned.
• Return and exchange shipping costs must be paid for by the customer.
• Cut fabrics cannot be returned.

Payments

• We accept payments via IDEAL, CreditCard, PAYPAL and advance payment.
• All product prices are VAT included (21%). Shipping costs will be charged additionally.

Imperfections

• Any slight imperfections due to age on vintage and previously used/owned fabrics on our products are normal. That`s part of the beauty of vintage.
• Sizes of the cushions may vary slightly for they are handmade.
